A little more about
The Collective.

What is The Collective?

The Collective is a broker development program within Mellor Group. It combines practical real estate experience, mentorship, business development and leadership coaching to help brokers strengthen their skills and build greater independence.

Who is the program for?

The Collective welcomes enquiries from newly licensed and experienced brokers, as well as those completing their Québec broker licence. It is suited to people who work comfortably in French and English, welcome structure and feedback, and value lasting client relationships.

What support do participating brokers receive?

Support includes guidance on active files, regular file reviews, shared systems and templates, mentorship and leadership development. Brokers develop their approach to pricing, negotiation and client advice while building their own relationships and pipeline.

How does the program begin?

It begins with a conversation about your experience and goals. The initial development path includes an Energy Leadership Index® assessment and debrief, goal-setting, and an introduction to the team’s systems and tools. You observe files before taking them on with support, with development continuing through review and coaching.

Is this a full-time commitment?

The Collective is designed for brokers who treat real estate as their primary professional practice. The schedule and expectations can be discussed during your initial conversation.

How is compensation structured?

Compensation depends on your experience and the role you take on. The structure is discussed privately during the initial conversation; commission splits are not published.

Bianca Tomassini

Bianca Tomassini

For Bianca, real estate has never been just about transactions. It’s about people.

As a young mother with a strong sense of family and community, Bianca brings kindness, loyalty, integrity and an exceptional work ethic to everything she does. When someone places their trust in her, she shows up fully, listens carefully and follows through.

Before entering real estate, Bianca worked in hospitality, where she learned that people remember how you make them feel. Anticipating needs, noticing the details and going beyond expectations continue to shape her approach today.

Warm and intuitive, Bianca puts people at ease from the very beginning. She treats every client with the same care she would offer a member of her own family, understanding that buying or selling a home is rarely just about the property.

Her dedication is quiet but unmistakable. She asks thoughtful questions, notices what others may overlook and remains steady when challenges arise.

That belief in connection extends beyond real estate. As Founder of The Village, a community that brings women and mothers together, Bianca is helping create a space for genuine relationships, honest conversation and meaningful support.

Real estate may be the profession Bianca chose, but caring for people is simply who she is.

And once you meet her, you understand the difference.

Erika Paredes Santiago

A residential real estate broker with Royal LePage and a member of The Collective by Mellor Group, she serves Montreal and the surrounding areas with warmth, care and dedication.

Before beginning her real estate career in 2024, she worked in aesthetics and reception, where attentive service and personal connection were central to her work. Those experiences shaped her ability to listen, understand individual needs and make people feel welcome and cared for. Her passion for real estate grew from that same desire to serve people in a meaningful, human way.

Her approach reflects The Collective’s belief that thoughtful advice begins with listening. She takes the time to understand each client’s priorities, communicates clearly and follows through with care. For her, real estate is about people, the decisions they face and the new chapters they are preparing to begin.

As a mother, she appreciates how a home must support everyday life and a family’s evolving needs. She brings that perspective to her work, helping clients consider their lifestyle, priorities and vision for the future.

Fluent in French and Spanish, and comfortable communicating in English, she connects with clients from diverse backgrounds. Her commitment is simple: listen carefully, work diligently and help every client move forward feeling informed, supported and confident.
